Lead Carpenter Nana - 3.9 Bothell, WA Job Details Full-time $45 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Employee relationship building Full Job Description The Lead Carpenter conducts the successful execution of NANA Bath projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing the job site, directing Junior Carpenters, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to NANA's quality standards. The Lead Carpenter is both a hands-on builder and a field leader - owning project outcomes, maintaining client satisfaction, and mentoring team members while upholding NANA systems and processes. Responsibilities Project Leadership and Execution Lead all phases of projects. Plan daily workflow and delegate tasks to Junior Carpenters.
Execute and oversee installation of:
all phases of the project assigned to the lead. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites daily. Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet timeline commitments. Crew Management and Development Supervise, train, and mentor Junior Carpenters. Ensure team productivity and accountability on-site. Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Support skill development and growth of crew members. Material and Tool Management Oversee loading/unloading of materials and tool. Ensure proper staging and organization of al job site materials. Coordinate deliveries and verify material accuracy. Maintain and enforce proper use and care of company tools equipment. Operational Coordination Communicate regularly with production management on progress and needs. Report job status, challenges, and completion updates using construction management software. Support scheduling and coordination across multiple crews when needed. Maintain a clean vehicle and ensure all vehicles safety and maintenance codes/issues are reported to production department and senior leaders.
