Job Summary I'm seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of construction tasks, including foundations, framing, and siding. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties Erect buildings and structures with precision and adherence to schematics and blueprints Perform concrete forming and rebar installation to ensure durable and high-quality results Manage and assist with siding, roofing, and trim carpentry tasks Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and effectively Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for various construction activities Coordinate with team members to ensure proper framing using woodworking, metal stud framing, and remodeling techniques Conduct heavy lifting and assist with restoration projects as needed on-site Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on building erection and concrete forming Strong knowledge of construction management principles and safety protocols Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, and drywall work Ability to operate power tools confidently Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution Excellent hand tool proficiency in carpentry, framing, trim carpentry, and woodworking Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required Prior experience working with construction teams on diverse projects including remodeling or restoration Join our team if you're passionate about building excellence!
