Our specialties include Solatube products, Motorized Screens, Awnings, Skylights, Retractable Shades, Railings, and more for both residential and commercial installations.

What You'll Do:

Site Assessments:

Make sure each site is ready for installation by checking rooftop suitability and product compatibility.

Precise Measurements:

Measure, cut, and prepare materials like wood, metal, and roofing for installation.

Product Installation:

Install Solatube products, Skylights, Railings, Awnings, and other home improvement solutions with precision (roofers encouraged to apply!). Work at

Heights:

Confidently complete projects on rooftops (1-3 stories).

Customer Service:

Collect payments and build strong relationships with homeowners.

Networking:

Help grow the business by connecting with potential clients through word-of-mouth.

Who You Are:

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 2+ years of experience in construction, framing, fabrication, or similar trades (roofing or HVAC experience is a plus). Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan is a plus). Excellent Leadership and communication skills—both over the phone and through email. Strong time management and the ability to stay organized. A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
