- Full-time We are looking for a skilled Service Carpenter to join our Service team and contribute to various small construction efforts.
Physical Demands:
Repetitive climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead. Ability to work in tight or high places (scaffolding, roofs, and crawlspaces). Prolonged use of jackhammer and pavement breaker. Climb ladders multiple times a day. Repetitive use of hands and wrists using power, rotational, and vibration tools. Tolerate legally permissible exposure to dusts and chemicals, such as cement dust, solvents, and curing compounds. Lift and/or pull 75lbs., work off ladders, man lifts or other equipment. Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool belt. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
