This is not a "show up and swing a hammer" position. We are looking for someone who can think ahead, solve problems, keep projects organized, and bridge the gap between subcontractors to maintain momentum on active jobsites. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of construction tasks between larger specialty trades while helping oversee day-to-day field operations. Responsibilities Demo and site preparation Drywall patching and repairs Painting and finish touch-up work Trim carpentry and punch-list work Basic framing and carpentry tasks Material pickup and delivery Organizing jobsites and maintaining cleanliness Opening and preparing projects for subcontractors Inspecting subcontractor progress and workmanship Helping maintain project schedules and momentum Uploading job photos and daily logs into CRM software Tracking labor time and documenting site activity Communicating with ownership regarding job progress, delays, and issues Assisting with quality control and final project completion Requirements Strong experience in residential remodeling/construction Must be dependable, organized, and proactive Clean appearance and professional communication Must show up on time and ready to work Ability to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable using technology and CRM/project management systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift materials and work in active construction environments Must be solution-oriented and able to adapt quickly Preferred Skills Finish carpentry Drywall and paint experience Remodel sequencing knowledge Project coordination experience Understanding of residential construction standards Experience managing or coordinating subcontractors Compensation & Growth $30-$40/hour depending on experience and capability Opportunity for advancement into a full Project Manager role Long-term growth path with leadership responsibilities Potential future assistant/crew under your management Company van and gas card provided after probation period Steady pipeline of remodeling projects About Us Pelletier Construction Group is a growing residential remodeling company focused on quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and efficient project execution.
