Lead Carpenter

Who we are: We are All Covered Painting & Property Services located in Seattle, WA and servicing most of King County. We offer painting services for residential and commercial properties, carpentry services, polyurea garage floor coatings, and Christmas light installations and take downs. Our company was founded in 2011 and has since grown to a team of over 30. We service discerning customers who hire us for our reputation for dependability, customer service and workmanship. • Extremely self-motivated individual.
• Someone who has the drive to help grow an expanding division within a well-established painting contractor.
• Understands the sales process and estimating projects.
• Can demonstrate excellent leadership skills and manage a small team.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well under deadlines.

The Position:

• Meet with potential clients and develop detailed estimates.
• Coordinate and schedule projects.
• Perform rough and finish carpentry projects.
• Manage, train, and develop apprentice carpenters.
• Closing out projects on time and on budget and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Implement, comply with, and maintain safety program and any other legal safety regulation standards.

Qualifications:

• Willing to dedicate 45-55 hours per week to this position.
• Minimum 6 years field experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years estimating experience.
• Excellent verbal and written, English communication skills.

Computer Experience:

Google Mail/Calendars, CRM, and Smartsheets.

• Valid driver's license.
