The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including residential remodeling, door installation, cabinet installation, and general finish carpentry skills. As a Carpenter, you will interact with apps on your phone for time keeping and worksite documentation. You will be using your own tools with the company supplementing as needed. Responsibilities Use the software provided to time keep and , ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including door hanging, flooring installation, and tile assistance. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to accurately execute construction plans. Collaborate with other tradespeople on the construction site to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Train and mentor junior carpenters in best practices and safety protocols. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met on the job site. Document regular inspections of work completed to ensure quality standards are upheld. Skills Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials. Experience in remodeling projects with a focus on residential properties.
