Key Responsibilities Perform small to medium carpentry repairs on homes and businesses remodeling projects Carry out demolition work as directed by the Project Manager Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times Assist in managing daily schedules and project timelines Communicate effectively with Project Managers and customers about job progress Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of construction industry experience Willing to learn and grow your skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to pass a background check and eligible to work in the USA Physical & Success Factors Ability to walk, stand, sit for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $18 - $30 per hour depending on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance 401
