Skilled Construction Laborer /
Carpenter Pay:
$15-$35 per hour (based on experience and skill level) Krzewina Custom Homes is a growing, family-owned residential construction company seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team. We build custom homes and residential projects throughout Northeast Wisconsin and take pride in quality craftsmanship, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Whether you're looking to start a career in construction or you're an experienced carpenter looking for year-round work, we'd love to hear from you. Positions Available Entry-Level Construction Laborer Starting at $15+ per hour No extensive experience required Will train the right candidate Opportunity for advancement Experienced Carpenter Up to $35 per hour Residential construction experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with framing, siding, roofing, windows, doors, finish carpentry, remodeling, or other construction trades is a plus Responsibilities Assist with residential construction projects from start to finish Perform general carpentry and construction tasks Safely operate hand and power tools Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team Deliver quality workmanship and attention to detail What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work safely on construction sites, ladders, and elevated surfaces Team-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Performance-based raises Year-round employment On-the-job training Opportunities for growth and advancement Work with a respected local family-owned company Home most nights Health insurance benefits currently being explored for eligible employees Join a company where your work matters, your effort is recognized, and opportunities exist for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in construction.
