Carpenters - Pole Barn Builders (Appleton & Green Bay, WI) Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Carpenters for immediate openings in the Appleton and Green Bay, Wisconsin areas. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team working on commercial pole barn construction with steady hours and overtime potential.

Pay & Schedule Pay:

$30-$35/hr (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Hours:

10-hour shifts starting at 6:00 AM (approximately 45-55 hours/week)

Temp-to-hire Job Overview Carpenters will assist in the construction and erection of pole barns in an outdoor work environment. Responsibilities include framing, structural assembly, and working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Frame and assemble pole barn structures Read and follow basic construction plans Use hand and power tools safely and correctly Maintain safe and organized job sites Work at heights and in various weather conditions Qualifications Prior pole barn construction experience preferred Commercial/Agricultural carpentry experience required at least 2 years Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work at heights for extended periods Must have basic hand tools, PPE, and a safety harness Reliable transportation to job sites required Proper use of PPE required: Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Vest, Steel Toed Boots, Gloves and Safety Harness. Must be eligible to work in the United States Travel Travel is required approximately 50% of the time. Candidates must be flexible for both local and travel assignments.
