The Work Full-time stick framing on active job sites Residential and light commercial projects Framing walls, floors, and roofs from blueprints Work independently and keep pace with the crew What You Need (non-negotiable) 2+ years of RECENT framing experience (within last 2-3 years) Stick framing experience (not just assisting or panel work) Can read and work from blueprints without constant direction Know your tools and don't need hand-holding Reliable transportation Not a Fit If Your framing experience was years ago and not recent You've mainly done roofing, siding, decking, or labor work You've only done side jobs or helped out occasionally Pay & Details $24-$31/hr depending on experience Weekly pay Immediate starts available Full-time, steady work Bottom Line We're looking for guys who can actually frame, not just say they can.
