Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and a keen eye for detail. This role involves working on-site to install, repair, and maintain various structures and systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Perform installations of doors, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine project requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry. Conduct concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed for various projects. Execute restoration projects including plastering, stucco application, and trim carpentry. Collaborate with team members on construction site management to ensure timely project completion. Operate heavy equipment safely during installation processes when required. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or installation roles with a strong understanding of construction management principles. Proficiency in using Bluebeam software for project documentation is preferred. Familiarity with construction estimating and inspection processes is advantageous. Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, concrete work, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and hardscape projects. Ability to perform carpentry tasks including frame carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and roofing. Strong skills in caulking, glass installation, plastering, restoration work, and construction painting. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
