We're especially interested in candidates who have experience with drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing. However, drywall experience is not required. Depending on your skills and experience, projects may include drywall, cabinetry, flooring, tile, finish carpentry, and wetspace installations. Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing as needed, based on experience. Install cabinetry, flooring, trim, and other finish materials. Install acrylic, cultured marble, tile, and other wetspace materials according to project specifications. Perform tile installations for showers, backsplashes, walls, and flooring. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Work independently and collaboratively with other carpenters and trades to complete projects efficiently. Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites. Deliver quality workmanship and a professional customer experience. Follow company safety procedures and job-site safety requirements. What We're Looking For Previous experience in residential carpentry, construction, remodeling, or related trades preferred. Drywall installation and finishing experience is highly desirable, but not required. Experience with bathroom and/or kitchen remodeling is a plus. Experience with tile installation, cabinetry, flooring, or finish carpentry is beneficial. Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
