Job Description
Southern WI, Northern IL deck builder. At Inspired Decks, we take our work seriously and have fun doing it! We're looking for people with passion to build the best decks & structures. We are looking for a lead carpenter to join our team! You'll play a crucial role in the execution and installation of synthetic decking products on exterior decks. We provide all Necessary tools.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in carpentry/construction
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid drivers license / reliable transportation to all job sites
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Able to pass drug and background screening
- Able to lift up to 75lbs.
Skills:
- Follow instructions to ensure safety of entire team
- Common hand & power tools use
- Carry materials and supplies from trucks to job site so they are ready for installation or other tasks
- Measure and cut lumber to desired specifications
- ability to climb ladders and work from heights.
