Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform a variety of construction and labor tasks, supporting skilled tradespeople in building, installing, and maintaining structures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in carpentry and construction while contributing to impactful projects across multiple sectors. Responsibilities Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws. Demonstrates ability to work without direct supervision. Analyzes blueprints effectively. Cleans and maintains workstation, tools and manufacturing environment. Consistently follows workplace safety procedures and ensures manufacturing crews are working safely according to company policies. Consistently completes tasks on time, within budget and in a safe manner. Analyzes upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment, procedures and training needed to complete work in a safe manner. Designs and builds wood shipping crates and packages for various projects throughout the facility. Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Work Schedule This position works between the hours of 6 AM and 2:30pm Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in the restoration industry is highly preferred Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting, and material fabrication is essential Knowledge of carpentry disciplines such as trim carpentry, frame carpentry and cabinetry installation Experience in remodeling or handyman work across various trades enhances your versatility in this role Join us to build a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference! Pay:

$22.00 - $32.00 per hour
