We are a family-owned construction company specializing in commercial and residential framing, including steel stud framing, wood framing, window and door installation, and deck construction. We are looking for skilled, dependable carpenters with at least 5 years of hands-on framing experience who take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic, and can complete assigned tasks efficiently without constant supervision. Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings. Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing materials according to specifications. Build and install wood wall panels, framing systems, and sheathing. Install windows, exterior doors, and flashing. Frame balconies, build decks, and install deck boards. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Operate scissor lifts and boom lifts when properly trained and authorized. Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors. Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Work toward daily production goals and project deadlines. Perform additional carpentry and general construction duties as needed. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on framing experience. Experience in new construction and rough framing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. Knowledge of framing methods, measurements, and installation techniques. Proficiency using hand tools and power tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively with a crew. Willingness to follow directions, ask questions, and learn. Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. Ability to regularly lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial steel stud framing. Experience with residential wood framing. Experience operating aerial lifts. Window, door, and deck installation experience. Strong problem-solving skills. Leadership potential and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
