together! We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Experienced Carpenter. As an Experienced Carpenter you will provide excellent client service, produce consistently top quality workmanship and complete each project on schedule through efficient and systematic oversight of every job. As an Experienced Carpenter you are the role model on the jobsite. You will work efficiently and as a team to ensure the best possible client experience. Carpenter duties include, but are not limited to: Conduct yourself as a positive, frontline representative of Kleiber Construction at all times. Uphold Kleiber Construction's core values at all times. Possess advanced skills in all areas of residential construction, including framing, roofing, siding, building staircases and finish work. Use chop saws, table saws, drills, lasers, levels, and other carpentry tools in a safe and efficient manner. Install walls, floors, ceilings, roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, or metal. Build wall sections, set trusses, and understand the building envelope and insulation materials. Thoroughly understand the house wrap systems and water management. Fit and install window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim. Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels. Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws. Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace. Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. Help with the development of Apprentice Carpenters on your jobsite. If a Lead Foreman is not present on the jobsite, you are responsible for the supervision of all other employees and subs. Attend staff meetings, jobsite meetings and training as required.
Pay:
$21.00 - $33.00 per hour
