Job Description:

Lapp Construction is looking to hire a dependable and hardworking Carpenter/Laborer to help restore old dairy barns. If you enjoy working outdoors, using your hands, and taking pride in preserving historic structures, this could be a great fit. Our work is done outdoors in rural areas and on active restoration projects. We meet in Reeseville each morning and travel together to the jobsite. Travel time is paid, and all tools are provided.

Responsibilities:

Assist with restoring and repairing old dairy barns Perform general carpentry and labor tasks Lift and carry materials and equipment Work safely with a team on construction projects Help maintain a clean and organized jobsite

Requirements:

Must be dependable and show up on time Must be able to lift heavy objects from time to time Must not be afraid of heights Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Construction or carpentry experience is helpful, but willing to train the right person Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
