Job Description
•Higher salary is available in place of health insurance or 401(k) match for comparable positions.• Overview We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of interior renovation projects, involving high-quality craftsmanship and timely completion. You will help transform residential spaces in the Greater Sheboygan area. This position involves utilizing your technical skills and passion for making houses into homes. Duties Arrive on time. Home improvement tasks (drywall, flooring, trim, cleaning, painting, concrete, etc). Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks. The ability to follow instructions is key. No electrical, plumbing or roofing. (Some small flat roofing expected.) Qualifications High school diploma (required) Valid driver's license (required) Experience in construction (not only private/independent work) Reliable, punctual and able to follow direction
