Job Description
Rough/Framing Carpenter needed. Carpentry crew that primarily does custom, high end homes, is actively seeking another team member. You should be hardworking and punctual. You must have a valid DL and your own transportation. You will need to be able to work independently as well as in a team setting. Should have a minimum 3 years of verifiable rough carpentry experience. You should be knowledgeable in framing floors and walls, setting trusses, sheathing roofs, and experience in wood soffit and fascia is helpful. You should be extremely reliable with attendance, tardiness and generally have a good attitude. Must be motivated as well. Company has been in business since 1998 and has a stable workload and a good working environment. Company offers competitive pay based on experience. Position includes Retirement plan, holiday and vacation pay, health insurance and bonuses. Company works 10 hour days M-Th (off Friday) from March to October, and 9 hour days the rest of the year with a half day on Friday. 40 hours every week, with overtime available if interested. Pay is every two weeks. All work is located in SE Wisconsin, primarily Waukesha and Washington Counties though a majority is in the Lake Country area.
