This role is suited for an energetic professional with a passion for craftsmanship, precision, and problem-solving. As a skilled carpenter, you will play a vital part in delivering quality projects and meeting timelines , including remodeling and new construction. Your expertise will ensure that each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Execute a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, and other general construction skills with precision and attention to detail. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Operate hand tools, power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively on various construction sites. Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site activities while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in construction, carpentry (including trim and framing carpentry), roofing, masonry or related fields. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment is essential. Valid drivers license is required. Proficient knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques and mold remediation is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail throughout all phases of construction or restoration projects. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to adapt quickly on-site under varying conditions. Knowledge of electrical experience or plumbing work is a plus as subcontractors will be working with you.
