About the Role As a Skilled Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for elevating residential and light commercial spaces through high-quality craftsmanship and precise installation. You will play a vital role in transforming client visions into reality by managing complex remodeling projects with autonomy and professional excellence. Responsibilities Execute high-end finish carpentry tasks including custom cabinetry, trim work, and door installations to ensure a polished final product. Lead diverse remodeling projects across kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations to improve property value and functionality. Deliver exceptional results on light commercial tenant build-outs, ensuring all work meets rigorous quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful job site while working in occupied residential and business environments. Operate a variety of hand and power tools with precision to achieve superior fit and finish. Manage daily project workflows independently, ensuring timelines are met without the need for constant oversight. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in finish carpentry and comprehensive home remodeling. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of project outcomes. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-level craftsmanship. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods. Preferred Skills Experience with both rough and finish carpentry techniques. Background in light commercial construction or tenant improvement projects. Strong problem-solving skills for navigating unique remodeling challenges.
