Lead Carpenter - High-End Residential Remodeling Refined & Co. | Milwaukee Metro Area, WI Lead projects. Mentor craftsmen. Build work you are proud to put your name on. Our Lead Carpenters lead projects, mentor teammates, solve construction challenges, and create an exceptional experience for homeowners. We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates professionally, and enjoys leading others while remaining hands-on in the field. Produces exceptional craftsmanship Leads by example Communicates professionally Thinks proactively Focuses on solutions rather than blame Works well independently and as part of a team Has humility, integrity, and accountability Qualifications 8+ years of residential remodeling or custom home carpentry experience preferred Experience leading remodeling projects or crews Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Strong communication and organizational skills Valid Wisconsin driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on active jobsites About Refined & Co.
