Job Description
River Valley Remodelers is hiring a Skilled Carpenter with experience in window installation, deck construction, and residential remodeling. We're looking for a mid-level carpenter who has solid hands-on experience, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can complete day-to-day carpentry work with limited supervision. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy seeing a remodeling project come together, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Remove and install residential windows Build, repair, and replace decks Perform general residential remodeling and carpentry Complete framing, trim, and finish carpentry as needed Measure, cut, and install materials accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Work professionally and respectfully in customers' homes Coordinate with other members of the remodeling crew to keep projects moving What We're Looking For Previous professional carpentry or residential remodeling experience Experience with window installation and deck construction Working knowledge of common carpentry techniques, tools, and materials Ability to work independently when needed and as part of a team Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Professional attitude and good communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation The Right Fit You don't need to know everything, but you should already have a solid carpentry foundation and be comfortable working on residential projects. We're looking for someone who cares about doing the job correctly, communicates well, and takes pride in leaving customers with a finished project that looks great. Pay rate will be determined upon level of experience.
