Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and safety regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential and restoration projects, utilizing your extensive knowledge of construction techniques and tools. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. Perform framing, trim carpentry, siding, drywall installation, and door hanging with attention to detail. Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively. Install fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, tile, roofing materials, and stucco while ensuring proper fit and finish. Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and water damage restoration as required. Engage in remodeling projects including plumbing, electrical work, plastering, metal stud framing, and fixture installation. Assist in heavy lifting tasks and perform demolition or restoration work on damaged structures or surfaces. Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure precise measurements and adherence to project specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while complying with safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, siding, and restoration industry projects. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. Hands-on experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, plumbing, electrical systems, and tile laying. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on construction sites. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices in the industry. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
