We handle a wide variety of commercial and residential projects across the region. We are currently expanding our crews and looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team immediately.

The RoleWe are hiring for multiple positions, ranging from general construction laborers to experienced carpenters and skilled tradespeople. You will be working directly on active job sites, assisting with all phases of construction, renovation, and site preparation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform physical labor on construction sites, including site cleanup, material handling, and demolition
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed
  • Follow all site safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
  • Load and unload construction materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environmentRequirements
  • Previous experience in construction, demolition, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Huntington area
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are mandatory

Whether you're framing, installing fixtures, or performing detailed finishing work, you'll be an essential part of transforming blueprints into reality while gaining valuable experience across multiple facets of construction. Duties Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material handling and site organization Perform framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry with precision and attention to detail Operate power tools and hand tools safely to cut, shape, and install building components Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and hardware according to schematics and blueprints Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to ensure durable structural elements Apply painting, caulking, stucco, and plastering techniques for building finishing and restoration projects Support plumbing, electrical work, roofing, flooring installation, and heavy equipment operation as needed for comprehensive project execution Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for accurate project execution Experience with drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and masonry techniques Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes Ability to operate power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and inspection procedures Electrical experience including fixture installation and wiring basics is a plus Skilled in restoration work such as plastering, stucco application, painting, and glazing Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and quality control measures This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality construction projects.
