Job Description

Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Entry-Level Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in construction, learn hands-on skills, and grow within the company. No prior experience is required — we provide training for motivated individuals. Key Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks on commercial job sites Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Perform general labor duties such as site cleanup, debris removal, and basic demolition Operate hand tools and simple power tools under supervision Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment Support the crew with additional tasks as needed to keep projects moving efficiently Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team Positive attitude and commitment to safety What We Offer On-the-job training and opportunities for advancement Competitive starting pay Insurance and vacation Consistent, year-round work Supportive team environment Potential to grow into skilled trades such as carpentry
