We specialize in creating high-end custom spaces, using only the finest cabinetry, tile, fixtures, and materials. To ensure top-tier results, our team of seasoned in-house professionals handles every project with precision and care. Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Installer/Carpenter, where you'll bring construction projects to life through expert craftsmanship and precise installation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, utilizing your skills in carpentry, fabrication, and construction to deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for installing fixtures, framing, drywall, flooring, and more, ensuring every detail aligns with project specifications and safety standards. We are committed to paying all team members fairly for their valuable contributions. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide installation processes. Install doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, trim carpentry, and other building components with precision. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, drywall, concrete forms, stucco, and masonry. Perform tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry work as needed. Conduct construction site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications. Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, and perform framing or caulking tasks to ensure quality finishes. Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate schedules and ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a strong background in carpentry and general construction tasks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Extensive knowledge of construction practices and techniques Experience with cabinetry installation, tile work, and finish carpentry Knowledge of subfloor preparation and waterproofing methods Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor Ethical, self-motivated, and ambitious Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients alike.
