Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter or Carpenter Helper to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, installing, repairing, and restoring structures across various projects. Whether working on siding, trim carpentry, windows or doors, you'll contribute to creating high-quality craftsmanship that meets our client expectations. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a friendly environment while making transforming our customers homes. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, and other materials using hand tools and power tools. Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, trim, and molding with precision. Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation. Support installation of products sold. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or carpentry with knowledge preferred but not necessary Skilled in using hand tools (hammers, saws) and power tools safely and effectively. Experience with various construction trades such as trim carpentry, framing,siding, flooring installation Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions independently when required.
