The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial diving, proven leadership ability, and a commitment to operational excellence and diver safety. Key Responsibilities Supervise all phases of inland diving operations including inspection, maintenance, construction, and salvage. Conduct pre-dive briefings and ensure compliance with dive plans and safety protocols. Maintain accurate dive logs, equipment records, and project documentation. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and safety personnel to ensure efficient workflow. Inspect and maintain diving equipment to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance. Perform hazard assessments and implement corrective measures as needed. Train and mentor divers and tenders in safe and efficient work practices. Qualifications ADCI (Association of Diving Contractors International) or equivalent Dive Supervisor certification prefered. Minimum 4 years of commercial diving experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role. Comprehensive knowledge of inland diving operations, equipment, and safety standards. Strong understanding of OSHA and ADCI regulations. Valid First Aid/CPR, Oxygen Administration, and Diver Medical Technician (DMT) certifications preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Physical & Environmental Requirements Must be physically fit for diving operations, including lifting and working in confined spaces and variable weather conditions.
