Job Description
•Hiring Immediately (7/22/26)•Southern Maine Invasive Aquatic Management (SMIAM) is looking for one reliable crew member to join our team for the summer season, which will run through the end of August/mid September. Hourly wages ranging from $28 to $35 depending on dive experience. With over a decade of experience in freshwater invasive species management, SMIAM specializes in controlling Variable Leaf Milfoil and Swollen Bladderwort. This summer, we're contracted for at least 1,100 hours of work across Thompson Lake, Shapleigh Pond, Mousam Lake, Cobbossee Watershed, Dundee Pond, and North Gorham Pond. As part of our crew, you'll assist in removing and managing invasive aquatic plants.
