Dive Guys is hiring motivated individuals for seasonal work removing aquatic weeds from Minnesota lakes. This is a unique opportunity for people who enjoy working outdoors, being on the water, and doing physically active work. No prior diving experience is required. This job is physically demanding and not for everyone. The work involves removing weeds by hand in lake muck and low-visibility conditions. It can be dirty, tiring work and sometimes done in uncomfortable environments. We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic who are willing to work hard and be part of a team. Applicants who already have scuba certification or prior diving experience may qualify for higher starting pay.

Responsibilities:

Remove aquatic weeds from lakefront areas using scuba equipment Work outdoors on lakes as part of a small team Follow safety procedures and diving guidelines Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and cleanup

Requirements:

Comfortable working in water and outdoor environments Reliable and able to work as part of a team Ability to perform physical labor

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay: $22 per hour Higher pay available for experienced or certified divers Unique outdoor work environment on Minnesota lakes Opportunity for returning seasonal positions in future years

Schedule:

Season typically runs mid-May through September Work hours vary day-to-day depending on weather and job locations Typical workdays are around 8 hours, though some days may run 10-12 hours
