Concrete Finisher

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Finisher with 3 or more years of experience in Prattville, AL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all aspects of concrete finishing, including preparing, placing, smoothing, and finishing concrete for commercial and/or residential projects. Key Responsibilities Set forms and prepare surfaces for concrete pours Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces (floors, sidewalks, curbs, foundations, etc.) Use hand and power tools such as screeds, floats, and trowels to achieve desired finish Apply curing compounds and sealing materials as needed Ensure proper concrete placement, alignment, and finish quality Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Prattville, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
