Commercial Concrete PM

Job Description :

Blade Runners is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Concrete Project Manager to join our team. This position is office-based with regular site visits. As a Commercial Concrete PM, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our commercial concrete projects, including bidding, contract administration, client relations, ensuring project completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and submit competitive bids for projects. Oversee project contracts, change orders, RFI's and ensure adherence to terms. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc. Monitor project compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Effectively supervise staff with day-to-day tasks, and effectively implement guidelines for a safe and timely work environment. Develop and review with customer and team project plans, objectives, and timelines. Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure project is being built on schedule and within budgets. Create detailed budgets, analyze and break down project costs. Assist with pay requests, invoicing, pay apps, and monitor project finances. Full knowledge of

Construction Industry:

Including blueprints, take-offs, and safety requirements.

Qualifications :

Ability to identify, comprehend critical elements of situations, and interpret/implicate course of action. Excellent problem-solving skills with adaptability and flexibility. Complete understanding of critical path scheduling Successful management of multiple projects Experience leading successful project teams, including employee development and external relationships. Energetic, highly motivated, and strong sense of urgency. Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to conduct site visits, including walking job sites through various terrain, climb ladders, etc. Teamwork, courage, and can-do attitude.
