Job Description

Project Manager / Estimator - Concrete Construction We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join a fast-growing concrete construction firm serving industrial, commercial, and municipal clients. This is a high-impact opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering quality results on challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of concrete construction projects from bid through closeout Review project contracts, scopes of work, and schedules of values for accuracy Manage procurement and coordinate material deliveries to job sites Support field superintendents and crew leaders across multiple active projects Track and process project documentation including timesheets, invoices, quotes, and change orders Maintain accurate billing and proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction Manage and support three fully staffed field crews and one superintendent Act as the primary liaison between the field and office, providing leadership and clear communication
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of concrete construction experience, with a strong background in project management and estimating Ability to read blueprints, technical specifications, and shop drawings Proficient in estimating square footage, volumes, and material quantities Knowledge of geometry, algebra, and trigonometry as applied to construction Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet hard deadlines Strong communication and team leadership abilities Proficiency in standard construction software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience)
