Job Description
Concrete Finisher / Form Setter Copper State Pavement
- 1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and install formwork for concrete structures according to project specifications and blueprints
- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and texturing to meet quality standards
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete finishing tasks
- Monitor the curing process and apply finishing techniques to achieve desired surface textures
- Collaborate with project managers, masons, and other trades to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a concrete finisher and form setter in commercial or residential construction
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, curing, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding manual tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
