This role works closely with project managers and field crews to ensure accurate layout, documentation, and execution of work in the field. Key Responsibilities Perform layout, surveying, and verification of elevations and dimensions Assist with project scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and documentation Track quantities, production, and daily field reports Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and project managers Ensure work complies with plans, specs, and safety standards Support quality control and inspections Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3+ years in construction (concrete experience preferred) Ability to read plans and specifications Familiarity with surveying tools and construction software Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Skills Experience with concrete paving, structural, or flatwork Knowledge of Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar tools OSHA certification is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance upon request Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities End of year performance-based bonus Company vehicle or allowance
