Phoenix, AZ 85016 Seeking an experienced, detail-driven Escrow Officer to manage the full lifecycle of commercial real estate escrow transactions. This role requires strong escrow knowledge, exceptional client service, and the ability to independently handle a high volume pipeline with accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities Open, manage, and close escrow files in compliance with state regulations and internal policies Review contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and supporting documents Prepare escrow instructions, ALTA/CD settlement statements, and closing packages Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title officers, and notaries to ensure smooth closings Oversee funding, disbursements, payoffs, and resolution of title or transactional issues Maintain proactive communication with all parties and ensure all compliance standards are met Balance files and reconcile trust accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals Qualifications 3+ years of escrow experience, including commercial real estate transactions Strong understanding of escrow processes, title requirements, and regulatory guidelines Proven ability to manage a high volume pipeline independently Skilled in preparing and reviewing settlement statements and closing disclosures Proficient with escrow systems and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills High accuracy and attention to detail
