This role is vital in ensuring that all concrete work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Concrete Foreman, you will coordinate with subcontractors, and crew members to deliver exceptional results on time. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations Coordinate daily activities on the construction site, managing manpower, and monitoring progress Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute concrete placements Oversee formwork, reinforcement placement, finishing techniques, and curing processes to meet specifications Manage material procurement, tracking inventory levels for concrete, rebar, form materials, and tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing Conduct quality control inspections to verify that work meets design standards and contract requirements Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities, Supervise subcontractors and labor crews, providing guidance on technical procedures and safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in concrete construction with supervising responsibilities Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Hands-on experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and contracts management Skilled in construction estimating techniques and quality control procedures Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a safety-conscious environment Construction site experience with a focus on concrete operations including formwork, reinforcement placement, finishing techniques and curing processes Technical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing or similar equipment used on site
