Type:
full-time We are seeking an experienced Sales & Project Estimator to help grow and estimate precast concrete projects, including modular buildings, sound/security walls, and custom structures. This role combines business development, technical sales, estimating, and preconstruction. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, municipalities and owners, prepare blueprint takeoffs and estimates, develop proposals, and support projects through contract award and handoff to Project Management. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new precast construction opportunities. Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, municipalities, and owners. Perform blueprint takeoffs and prepare accurate estimates and proposals. Review plans, specifications, scope, pricing, and project requirements. Present proposals and follow up with clients to secure projects. Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, and Plant Operations. Prepare project handoff packages after contract award. Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in construction estimating, sales, or preconstruction. Experience with precast, structural concrete, civil infrastructure, or related construction preferred. Strong ability to read construction/engineering drawings and perform takeoffs. Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Excel/Word. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
