Competitive Pay:

Starting at $32 per hour (with increases based on experience)

Full-Time:

40 hours per week +

OT On-the-Books:

All pay is processed via W2

Key Responsibilities Advanced Technical Execution:

Execute concrete resurfacing projects with precision, including overlays, epoxies, sealers, grinding, polishing, and demo tasks. Prepare and mix materials according to project specifications, ensuring consistency and quality. Read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and project specifications to deliver superior results.

Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance:

Implement and uphold strict safety protocols, ensuring that all necessary PPE (respirators, eye, and ear protection) is used. Maintain organized, clean, and safe work sites, addressing potential hazards immediately. Conduct quality control checks throughout each project phase to ensure work meets our high standards.

Mentorship & Team Collaboration:

Serve as a senior resource to less experienced team members, providing guidance and on-the-job training. Collaborate closely with crew members to solve challenges and streamline workflow. Assist in developing standard operating procedures to enhance overall team performance.

Project Coordination & Problem Solving:

Work alongside project managers and foremen to coordinate logistics, material orders, and scheduling. Quickly troubleshoot on-site issues and implement effective solutions to minimize project delays. Communicate project progress and technical insights to team leads and management.

What We're Looking For Technical Expertise:

Solid background in concrete resurfacing techniques such as overlays, epoxies, grinding, polishing, and coatings.

Experience:

Previous hands-on experience in concrete coatings and familiarity with industry best practices. Attention to
