Concrete Worker / Retaining Wall / Shotcrete & Framing Specialist Position Title Concrete Worker - Retaining Wall, Shotcrete & Framing Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and dependable Concrete Worker with experience in retaining walls, shotcrete application, and framing work. The ideal candidate will assist with construction projects by performing concrete installation, reinforcing structures, framing, and finishing tasks while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Build and install retaining walls for residential and commercial projects Perform shotcrete and concrete spraying operations Prepare forms, molds, and framing structures Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces Install rebar, wire mesh, and reinforcement materials Read blueprints and follow project specifications Operate construction tools and equipment safely Maintain clean and organized job sites Work with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule Requirements Previous experience in concrete construction, framing, or shotcrete work Knowledge of retaining wall construction methods Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong understanding of construction site safety practices Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial or residential construction projects Concrete finishing skills Ability to read construction drawings and measurements OSHA certification is a plus Employment Type Full-Time Schedule Monday to Friday Overtime and weekend work available when needed Salary Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Overtime opportunities Advancement opportunities Stable year-round work Work Location Construction job sites / field work If you want, I can also create: a professional Indeed job post a short hiring flyer a Spanish version or a combined construction crew hiring ad for all positions together.
