Role:

as a Forman in Asphalt & Concrete, where you will lead a dedicated team in delivering top-notch paving solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in the construction industry while working in the vibrant community of Hayward, CA.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and coordinate asphalt and concrete projects Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on job sites Manage and train crew members to enhance productivity and quality Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations Inspect work progress and ensure quality control throughout the project Prepare daily reports on project status and resource allocation Assist in the scheduling and planning of upcoming projects Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience in asphalt and concrete construction Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read blueprints and project specifications Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
