Responsibilities Perform wall sawing, flat sawing, core drilling, and related concrete cutting services Operate concrete cutting equipment safely and efficiently Use jackhammers and perform demolition work as required Operate and maintain small tools and construction equipment Follow project specifications and direction from estimators and supervisors Work safely and professionally on commercial, industrial, public works, residential, and small business projects Provide field input and recommendations to improve job efficiency and productivity Maintain all equipment in clean, safe, and proper working condition Keep company trucks clean, organized, and properly stocked Protect customer property and work areas before, during, and after work is performed Leave every jobsite clean, safe, and professional upon completion Work effectively with coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of concrete cutting experience Experience with wall sawing, flat sawing, and core drilling Experience operating saw cutting equipment and related tools Experience using jackhammers and performing demolition work Valid driver's license with a good driving record Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality workmanship Ability to follow direction while working independently when needed Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience working on commercial, industrial, and public works projects Experience working for homeowners and small business customers CDL is a plus (if applicable) What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a skilled operator who understands that safety comes first, takes pride in clean equipment and professional job sites, and is always looking for ways to perform work more efficiently without sacrificing quality.
