General Concrete Foreman / Assistant Superintendent - Structural Concrete Inland Empire and Orange County, California We are a growing structural concrete contractor seeking an experienced General Concrete Foreman / Assistant Superintendent to join our growing structural concrete team in the Riverside area. This position will lead field operations on commercial, industrial, military and public works projects in the Riverside and greater Inland Empire region. This is a hands on, field leadership role with an immediate path to Superintendent for the right individual who can run work, lead crews, and deliver high-quality structural concrete installations. You will be responsible for leading field operations on structural concrete projects including foundations, elevated decks, retaining walls, and complex formwork systems. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage crews in fast-paced field conditions are essential. Key Responsibilities Lead daily field operations for structural concrete work Supervise crews performing formwork and concrete placement Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors Plan daily work activities, manpower, equipment, and material needs Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications Interpret and execute structural drawings and construction plans Required Experience & Skills Strong hands-on experience with formwork systems is

REQUIRED

Minimum 5+ years in structural concrete construction Prior experience as a foreman or lead carpenter strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings Working knowledge of safety regulations and jobsite compliance (OSHA) Ability to solve field issues quickly and effectively under pressure Preferred Qualifications Experience on commercial, industrial, public works, or infrastructure projects Strong communication and organizational skills Previous assistant superintendent or senior foreman experience What We Offer Competitive compensation package based on experience Supportive leadership team and growth-oriented company culture Stable pipeline of work in Southern California Immediate opportunity for advancement to Superintendent role Career Growth Path This position is designed as a stepping-stone to Superintendent .
