Job Description
DACS Corp and its family of companies are transforming the construction industry along the Front Range of Colorado. Our team is charged with purpose in delivering our clients a level of professionalism they have not experienced and our employees a platform to achieve their fullest potential. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. This pivotal role serves as the primary point of contact and organizational anchor for concrete and asphalt projects. Responsibilities include overseeing project scheduling, implementation, budget management, and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the construction industry and a track record of successful project completions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain clear, consistent communication with owners, clients, and subcontractors Mentor and develop Project Engineers (PEs) and Project Managers (PMs) Manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish Review and interpret plans, specs, and contracts to define project scope Establish project goals, processes, and performance expectations Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Communicate plans and contract details clearly to internal teams Oversee project financials, including budgets and cost control Complete reports and documentation accurately and on time Opportunity for growth and advancement within the organizationQualifications:
5+ years of progressive experience in the asphalt or concrete industry, preferably in a Project Manager or similar role Strong field expertise with the ability to make timely, strategic decisions onsite Experience working on new construction projects and collaborating with General Contractors (GCs) Proficient in Bluebeam and Procore Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Proven experience mentoring and developing Project Managers and team members Strong project organization, scheduling, and budget management skills Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, accountability, and ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in project management tools and systems Effective leader who motivates teams and drives performance Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field is a plusTotal Compensation:
