Concrete Construction Site Foreman

This position is boots on and hands on. Onsite you are responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day worksite of all construction projects are completed on schedule. We are a residential and commercial concrete floor finisher in applications of epoxy, polishing, grinding, stamping and flat concrete floors. Working hand-in-hand with workers on site, Project Manager and Owners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards Working with, supervising and instructing the construction team Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol Handles site accidents in accordance with established protocol Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance and reports daily to the office Evaluating the performance of construction employee disciplinary measures and needs Analyze blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design and safety Recommends changes to Owner, Ken Larrow, to increase efficiency Attend client program meetings as needed Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of concrete construction technology and computers Conflict management and problem-solving skills Leadership and multi-tasking ability Communication, meeting, and presentation skills

REQUIREMENTS

Experience with large concrete construction and residential sites Outstanding communication, organization, time management and negotiation skills
