Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and be adept at finishing surfaces to ensure high-quality results. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety standards. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring that all concrete surfaces are finished to specifications. Duties Prepare and clean surfaces for concrete pouring, including setting forms and ensuring proper alignment. Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and equipment. Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing and leveling with various tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds. Apply sealers and curing compounds as necessary to protect finished surfaces. Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project timelines are met. Perform quality checks on finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as needed.
