In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs related to concrete restoration projects for building exteriors, including facades, balconies, and other structural elements. Your expertise will help ensure project bids are competitive, comprehensive, and aligned with client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile commercial restoration projects while working within a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities Review construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to interpret project scope and material requirements. Utilize estimating software Sage Estimating to prepare detailed cost estimates. Assess project plans to identify necessary materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor needs for concrete restoration tasks. Read and analyze construction drawings to determine the scope of work for concrete restoration projects accurately. Skills Strong ability to read and interpret archetectural drawings, blueprints, and construction documents. Solid understanding of how to survey, assess and perform concrete restoration and building envelope system restoration and renovation work. Experience with the construction means, methods and materials used and applied in the restoration process. Including sequencing, cure times, productivity, etc. Knowledge of cost management principles including material cost estimating, cost control, and budgeting.
