We are looking for real installers only — not people looking to play games or cut corners. We want skilled professionals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in their craftsmanship.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years experience in concrete coatings and/or polished concrete Experience with grinders, coatings, prep, repairs, and installation procedures Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Reliable transportation Must show up on time and ready to work Must be able to work as part of a professional crew
Preferred Experience:
Epoxy systems Polyaspartic systems Urethane cement Concrete polishing Joint repair Surface prep and moisture mitigation systems We are building the best crew in Southwest Florida and expect high standards from everyone on the team.
